Importer, Brand Owner, Manufacturer, other producers, Recyclers and Refurbishers.
GSTIN, CIN, PAN Card, MSME Udyog Aadhar, Aadhar Card and Pan Card of Authorized Person.
Application fee will applicable on the basis of Annual Waste generation quantity in E-Waste Management and Plastic Waste Management, In Battery Waste Management application fee will be applicable on the basis of annual turnover of entity.
(i) manufacture and sale of Battery including refurbished Battery, including in equipment, under its own brand; or
(ii) sale of Battery including refurbished Battery, including in equipment, under its own brand produced by other manufacturers or suppliers;
(iii) import of Battery as well as equipment containing Battery.
